Coronavirus Outbreak - COVID-19 Announcement and Update.
Covid-19 update – August 23, 2020.
Due to the strict Scottish Government Covid-19 virus guidelines/rules (which will be legally enforceable from August 28, 2020) relating to numbers allowed to attend indoor family/social gatherings, whether it is an individual’s home or a venue, we regret that we will be unable to provide an entertainment service until these change.
We are closely monitoring the guidelines and as the Government have not given an indicative date for our industry to resume (we are not classified under Events, but in the Nightclub category) and we don’t anticipate this changing before the end of September 2020, therefore, it would be prudent for us not to take any new bookings for any events commencing before October 2020.
I thank you for your continued understanding in these difficult times.
Organised gatherings or activities of limited duration that bring people together for the primary purpose of watching or participating in a community, cultural, commemorative, recreational, sporting, art, educational, entertainment or business experience. This does not include weddings or other family / social gatherings.
Dear Existing and New Customers,
Atomik Disco is open as usual during this period of uncertainty. We are still working - taking bookings and where possible still supplying an entertainment service - for as long as it is safe to do so.
We are helping our customers plan future Events with a reassurance that we will not charge a cancellation fee for any event cancelled more than 168 hours (7 days) before the start time for ALL bookings up to November 1, 2021. Yes, November 1, 2021.
We are constantly monitoring the situation and following Government and Health Guidelines. So please book your Event with absolute confidence that you will not be liable for ANY cancellation charges if you cancel your booking with us, for whatever reason more than 168 hours before the start time.
Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the coronavirus outbreak.
