THE END OF AN ERA –
TIME FOR ME AND ATOMIK DISCO TO RETIRE.
When I took over Atomik Disco and ran that very first gig under my ownership on Friday, February 4, 1977, I had no idea what lay ahead. I certainly didn’t imagine the friendships, the laughter, the late nights, and all the incredible moments we’d end up sharing together. It has been one amazing ride.
To our customers: thank you for letting us be part of your celebrations. Whether it was a wedding, a birthday, a work do, or anything in between, it meant the world to be invited into those special moments. Your support and trust kept us going for all these years.
To all the DJs and Presenters who joined me along the way: you were the soul of Atomik Disco. Your talent, energy, and enthusiasm brought every event to life. You helped turn people’s big days into memories they’ll never forget, and I’m so grateful to have worked with you.
Now, as I step into retirement and close this chapter, I’m carrying a lifetime of stories and gratitude with me. Atomik Disco became so much more than a job - it became a family, a community, and a huge part of who I am.
Thank you, truly, to everyone who made this journey what it was.
